Purpose

These terms and conditions govern access to and use of the SaniShift platform, published by SD Consult. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms in their entirety.

Service description

SaniShift is a SaaS platform for automatic generation of fair medical schedules. It provides decision-support tools for shift and on-call planning in healthcare facilities.

Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are monthly with no minimum commitment and automatic renewal. Payment is processed by credit card via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Service access

Customers are responsible for the confidentiality of their users' credentials and the accuracy of data entered in the platform. SaniShift commits to a service availability of 99.5% on a monthly average, excluding planned maintenance.

Liability

SaniShift provides decision-support tools. Generated schedules are proposals that the facility is free to modify. The healthcare facility remains solely responsible for final schedule validation and compliance with applicable labor regulations.

Termination

Either party may terminate the contract at any time. Upon termination, customer data is retained for 30 days then deleted, unless a prior export request is made. Customers can export their data at any time from their account settings.

Changes to these terms

SD Consult reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after this period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree, you may cancel your account at no cost before the changes take effect.
